Mega Rubber Technologies was established in 1995 to design and manufacture a range of rubber-based products for the Indian and overseas automotive sector. The company is privately held. Its product range is targeted at the 2W, 3W and 4W, and the commercial vehicle sectors. It also supplies a select product portfolio for railway applications. 

Mega Rubber Technologies is an IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certified company which has a pan-India presence with plants in the west and north. These plants – six in all – are in the major automotive and industrial hubs of the country. We are always close to our customers. 

Mega Rubber’s customer base includes all major automotive manufacturers including tractors.

We have been in the business for close to 30 years and have an in-depth understanding of India’s evolving auto sector. The company has recently embarked on a five-year transformational journey under the banner Udaan 1.0. Its vision includes domestic and global leadership, meeting top-line targets and meeting board expectations. 

In 2018, Mega Rubber diversified its product offerings with the establishment of “Mega Hefa Emission Technologies” as a joint venture with Hefa Science, to make canisters and emission valves. The Joint venture plant is located in Khushkhera, Rajasthan.

In today’s vehicles and accessories, rubber products are an indispensable and important component. Except for tyres, there are more than 200 kinds of rubber products & accessories are used in the car.
